An artist has created a stunning map of her home country using all the information she has gathered through thousands of walks.<br />
<br />
Tess of the Vale's hand-drawn creation is so detailed it records every path, landmark and tree formation she encountered.<br />
<br />
She made almost 200 small maps which filled four notebooks before creating a giant, stand-alone 7ft by 5.5ft map.<br />
<br />
The 42 year old mother of three has previously worked for the Ministry of Defence drawing Admiralty charts.<br />
<br />
The Dorset map of 'hidden treasures' took her a year to make and she hopes it will go 'to a good home'.
