One of the oldest and grandest houses in Barbados that is owned by a celebrity lawyer has gone on sale for $3.9m (£3.18m).<br />
<br />
Rainbow-hued Clifton Hall Great House dates back to 1656 in the reign of King Charles II and belonged to a direct descendant of Constantine, the last Byzantine (Greek) Emperor.<br />
<br />
It has been owned by lawyer Massimo Franchi since 2008 and celebrity guests have included singers Sir Cliff Richard and Paolo Nutini.<br />
<br />
The pink-painted property has six bedrooms, six bathrooms painted in purple, red, yellow and blue, and a courtyard with a pool.
