Archaeologists are in a race to discover all they can about a 2,500-year-old hill fort before it is lost to the sea.
Coastal erosion has already destroyed a third of the impressive Flowers Barrow site in Lulworth, Dorset, and Historic England have placed it on its Heritage at Risk Register.
Military veterans and professional archaeologists from Wessex Archaeology are currently excavating the Iron Age fort to learn as much about the site and those that lived there before it is lost for good.
