Pictured: Jamie captures the surf, Watcombe Bay, on the Isle of Wight

Photographer Jamie Russell used his body board to capture a series of stunning images inside breaking waves.

Jamie, 43, who writes weather forecasts, uses his specialist knowledge to collect data about tides, swell, and wind direction to chase down the best waves.

He then puts on his wetsuit, plugs his ears and jumps into the water with his digital camera in a waterproof casing.
