The sand lizard's back in their natural habitat
An army of tiny lizards has been released into the wild as conservation groups bid to repopulate a forest that was devastated by an enormous fire.

More than 200 sand lizards were set loose in Puddletown Forest in Dorset after flames destroyed an area the size of 350 football pitches.
The reptiles, which are the UK’s rarest lizard, were bred at Marwell Zoo near Winchester in Hants.
