A woman who paid £200 for a dress that belonged to Princess Diana is celebrating today after it sold for £161,000.

The unnamed woman snapped up the ivory silk gown Diana wore on a state visit to Bahrain in 1986 after it was donated to the second-hand dress shop eight years later.
She didn't know the significance of the David & Elizabeth Emanuel dress until she saw Diana wearing it on a TV documentary.
