The last known work by one of Britain's most iconic female sculptors is being offered for sale at auction.

The bronze sculpture of a black horse with a saddle was produced by Dame Elisabeth Frink in 1993, just a year before her death.

The theme of animals ran consistently throughout Frink's work, with her father having been an amateur jockey and the artist growing up in the countryside surrounded by animals.
Standing Horse, which stands at 14ins tall, is estimated to fetch up to £60,000.
