Photos documenting three middle-aged men's European road trip that resembles an Edwardian version of Top Gear has come to light 109 years later.

The trio of upper class Brits spent two months driving from Britain to Venice in Italy in a luxury motor car in 1910.

They stopped off at glamorous spots along the way including Nice, Monte Carlo and Lake Como.
