Beach hut users are demanding a clampdown on the 'lethal menace' of e-scooters using Britain's most popular seaside promenade before someone is killed.<br />

There has been a recent boom in people riding electronic scooters, that can travel at speeds up to 15mph.<br />
<br />
Under current laws it is illegal to use privately-owned e-scooters on public roads or paths, although licenses operators are allowed to rent them out.
