An incredible historic country home once owned by one of Henry VIII's wives is on the market for £3.5m.
The Grade II* listed Beachampton Hall was owned by Catherine Parr, Henry's sixth wife, and the current owners found bottles bearing the royal couple's initials within the grounds when they carried out renovations.
Over the years it has been owned by several other prominent families including the Marquis of Salisbury, the Cecil family and a former Lord Mayor of London.
The six-bedroom house is set in an idyllic landscape beside the River Great Ouse in Buckinghamshire, with fishing rights on the river and 33 acres of grounds.
