Humble home stunning views...

A humble waterside cottage that inspired a number of picturesque oil paintings has emerged for sale for £650,000.

Turnstones Cottage in St Ives, Cornwall was home to landscape artist Pauline Hewitt in the 1930s before later being bought by abstract painter Patrick Heron.

The pair were both drawn to the property's breathtaking sea views that look right out over a charming Cornish harbour.
