It has two balconies - this one overlooks the property's sprawling paved garden.
A stunning cliff-top house has grown into a 1.25 million pounds property after it was built on a disused allotment.
Jamie and Zoe McLintock forked out £80,000 for the overgrown plot of land eleven years ago because it was atop a cliff along Devon's craggy coastline.
The enterprising couple spent a further £600,000 and three years of their time building the beautiful five-bedroom pad.
But they are now set to double their money after the incredible property went on the market for a whopping £1.25 million with estate agents Jackson-Stops.
The white-washed three-storey house is perched on top of 100ft cliffs overlooking Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe, a stretch of private Victorian beach owned by the couple since 2001.
