The kitchenette at the Mudeford Spit beach hut.
Britain's most expensive beach hut has gone on the market for a whopping 225,000 pounds - and it doesn't even come with sea views.
The wooden shack, that measures 13ft by 13ft, looks out onto sand dunes and offers glimpses of the sea. It is also right next to a public toilet block.
The timber hut on Mudeford Spit near Christchurch, Dorset, is divided up into three rooms - a living area, bedroom and a mezzanine level.
It has no bathroom, mains electricity or running water and requires a ride on a novelty land train or a 30 minute walk to get there.
