Away Win - Henry Mayo pictured at the family farm at Hermitage in Dorset.
Plucky Henry Mayo has become the first Brit in nearly 30 years to win at the prestigious New Zealand Sheep Shearing Championships.
Underdog Henry, from Dorchester, Dorset, sheared five sheep in 8 minutes 15 seconds to stun his Kiwi rivals.
Despite the homegrown farmers being hot favourites the 20-year-old, who has only been shearing sheep for four years, took the junior title.
It is the first time since 1991 that a British shearer has won at the prestigious championships.
