An underfire water company blamed for causing the ecological death of a once idyllic river is fast tracking funding to clean it up. <br />

South West Water has been 'shamed' into action after campaigners highlighted the sad demise of the River Lim in Lyme Regis, Dorset.<br />
<br />
The waterway was once a thriving ecosystem with trout, eels and kingfishers populating the area.<br />
<br />
But they have disappeared as there are 'barely any' invertebrates at the bottom of the food chain left in the water.<br />
<br />
An exponential rise in human waste surging into the river from storage tanks at a nearby South West Water treatment centre has been blame
