An underfire water company blamed for causing the ecological death of a once idyllic river is fast tracking funding to clean it up.
South West Water has been 'shamed' into action after campaigners highlighted the sad demise of the River Lim in Lyme Regis, Dorset.
The waterway was once a thriving ecosystem with trout, eels and kingfishers populating the area.
