Waters Edge, which would not look out of place on the popular Netflix real estate show Selling Sunset, is actually on the south coast in the quiet village of Rustington, West Sussex.<br />

The 5,000 sq ft property has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three reception rooms and is on a private estate, with direct access to the beach.<br />

The property took owners Andy and Tresilla Wood five years to perfect. They found it after looking at homes in the UK and Spain before stumbling upon this place, which was just a few miles up the coast from where they were renting in Brighton.
