A man who hasn't been able to smell properly for 20 years, sniffed out a gas leak after a kick to the head during a rugby game restored his lost sense.<br />

Ed Baker received a size 12 boot to the face when he was playing rugby, which broke his nose.<br />
<br />
But as the swelling went down a week later he realised something was different - he could breathe better for the first time in years.
