A fit and healthy woman who ended up in intensive care after contracting Covid has told how three months on she is now losing her hair.
Julie Plumley, 58,said her hair is coming out "in brush-loads" and she has had to cut it short as it has gotten thinner and thinner in recent weeks.
She said doctors have told her the hair loss is caused by Covid but because it is still such an unknown they cannot say if she will lose all her hair or if it will ever grow back.
