The exotic tropical flower is proving increasingly popular this year, with the humble red rose being seen as 'a little old fashioned, and frankly a bit naff'.<br />

Double H nursery in Hampshire is flat out despatching the long lasting blooms, having seen a sharp rise in demand for the plants that naturally flower at this time of year, unlike a traditional red rose that has to be forced into relunctantly blooming in February.
