A Mercedes convertible belonging to one of the earliest Bond girls has emerged for sale at auction following the actresses's death.

The 300 SL was owned by German star Karin Dor, who played Helga Brandt in the 1967 classic 'You Only Live Twice'.

The character was secretary to Mr. Osato, a Japanese industrialist secretly affiliated to the criminal organisation SPECTRE.

Brandt, also known as 'Number 11', was a member of the group herself and was ordered to have Bond, played by Sean Connery, killed.
