A drum kit belonging to a member of rock legend Jimi Hendrix's band has been unearthed in a psychedelic time warp discovery.<br />
<br />
The instruments together with guitars, gaudy shirts, leather jackets, and cowboy boots belonged to Mitch Mitchell, the drummer in the Jimi Hendrix Experience.<br />
<br />
His widowed wife Dee locked them in a trunk which she put into a storage unit in Rye, East Sussex, years ago.<br />
<br />
They are now being sold at auction in Eastbourne.
