Volunteers who have dedicated a decade to keeping their local park clean have hit out at council officials for taking all the credit.

John Peters and Grant Wooton started picking litter at the 'community hub' because it only has one bin.

They spend roughly 10 hours a week walking around the council-owned park and bending to collect rubbish - despite Mr Peters suffering from a lung disease which affects his breathing.
