A piano tuner to the stars has sold his remarkable collection of over 800 autographs for almost £27,000.
Alex Brown worked for the BBC for over 40 years on shows including Parkinson and Later With Jools Holland before retiring in 2013.
He tuned Elton John's piano the day before he performed Candle In The Wind at Princess Diana's funeral in 1997.
Alex's role gave him incredible access to a who's who of musicians, actors, sportsmen, politicians and other famous figures.
