A daredevil businessman has created a new record by being the first person to circumnavigate the Isle of Wight on an eFoil board.

Rob Wylie, 51, completed the 55-mile circular route in just 2 hours, 46 minutes and 23 seconds on a Fliteboard, an electric-powered hydrofoil board.

The board hovers about 3ft above the water and Rob travelled at an average speed of 20mph.
