The aftermath of the beach hut fire in Bournemouth

Sunbathers fled to safety after a fire in a beach hut set a grassy cliff ablaze.

The fire erupted inside the wooden hut on Bournemouth Prom.

The flames quickly spread to the tinder-dry gorse on the 100ft cliff behind it.
