Red hot record...
Tree of fire turns into pot of gold - Dorset Chilli farmer Joy Michaud is hoping she has set a new world record after collecting an astonshing 2407 chilli's from one bush at the weekend.
Its been a bumper year for chilli's and farmer Joy Michaud has grown a 'tree of fire' with over two thousand of the worlds hottest on it.
The average chilli 's heat is measured at 30,000 scovell's but the legendary Dorset Naga has been measured at 1.2 million scovel's.
With that in mind great care has to be taken when handling the explosive crop.
Joy said 'growing conditions have been perfect this year and I have never seen a chilli tree this big before, its astonishing.'
