Green-fingered British boffins have invented ingenious Mother's Day wrapping paper that produces a bunch of flowers when planted.

Each sheet of the clever paper is packed full of wild flower seeds - making the ultimate gift that keeps on giving.

Once eager mums have torn open their presents they can then plant the discarded wrapping paper in the ground where it decomposes and releases the seeds.

With a little bit of care and attention the seeds then grow into colourful wild flowers.

The wrapping paper was launched to reduce the amount of waste thrown away and boost the number of flowers grown in the UK.
One sheet of Eden's Paper costs £4.99 and can be bought online.
