A 200-year-old silk mill that produced bomber parts during the Second World War is on the market for £3m.
Grade II Listed Dandridge's Mill was converted into four luxury apartments 14 years ago by Binnie and Edward Reily-Collins, which they have successfully let through AirBnb.
Their engineer son Henry installed an Archimedian hydroscrew in the mill's original water race which means the building is self-sufficient and they have never had to pay energy bills.
