Evocative display of a WW1 tank attack at the Bovington Tank Museum in Dorset..

For the first ever time the four Victoria Crosses awarded to members of the Tank Corps in World War One are being brought together and put on display.

The four VCs include the one awarded to Captain Clement Robertson who was heroically killed while leading on foot a fleet of tanks into battle as he was worried they would get lost.

Last year the Tank Museum at Bovington, Dorset, launched an appeal to trace relatives of Capt Robertson's family and they came forward to donate his VC to an exhibition due to open next month.
