A tiny London studio apartment with a nature-inspired mural that gives the illusion of more space is on the market for £230,000.

At just 171 sq ft, the snug property works out at £1,345 per square foot, but the new owner will also acquire a unique piece of art.

Opera director and set designer John Pascoe, who owns the property, has created an incredible hand-painted mural that wraps around the walls.

The mural is a real labour of love - Pascoe spent six hours every day for four months, totalling about seven million brush strokes, painting the leafy design, which is inspired by nearby Clissold Park.
