A rare Aston Martin DB1 has emerged for sale for £140,000 after spending 30 years languishng in a garage.
The 1949 sports vehicle was one of just 15 DB1s made by the famous British marque.
They were the first production models created under the ownership of David Brown and were in the forerunners for the 'James Bond' Aston Martin DB5 cars.
The DB1, which has a 2.6litre engine, was raced with some success by Aston Martin engineer Shaun Magee in the 1970s.
It was bought by the current owner in 194 by which stage it needed some restoration work.
