A train enthusiast's stunning collection of model steam engines he used to happily drive around his garden is tipped to sell for over £200,000. <br />

With the help of his family the late Don Witheridge from Norfolk laid three-quarters of a mile of track on his five acres of land he bought from British Rail and commissioned prominent locomotive builders to make model steam engines. <br />
