Cricket bat-maker Rob Chambers has reached 40,000 bats not out.<br />

Rob has had customers for his bespoke hand-made bats from all over the world and has even made one for the Pope. <br />

Rob started his apprenticeship at Millichamp and Hall in 1997 and he made his first bat at the workshop in Taunton, Somerset, within months.<br />
<br />
He has been lucky enough to make bats for a range of famous people from the Pope to Sachin Tendulkar, one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket.

Cricket bat-maker Rob Chambers has reached 40,000 bats not out.
