A 100-year old Dutch sailing barge moored in Bermondsey has gone on sale for £278,000.<br />

The 25-metre MV Johanna Elisabeth was originally constructed in 1913 at Appelo, Zwartsluis in Holland, and was brought to the UK in 2003 by a previous owner.<br />

Her work as a sailing barge included shipping freight but she is now moored at the South Dock Marina in Bermondsey, south London, and used as a home.
