The fine collection of 200 works of art that hark back to the halcyon days of train and boat travel have been brought together for sale.<br />

The posters were used to advertise dream holiday destinations in far-flung places such as the US and Australia and to celebrate the luxurious ways of getting to them.<br />

Most of the advertising posters date back to the 1930s and are Art Deco in style and they are all from the original print-run.
