A motorcycle that was owned by John Lennon in the sixties has emerged for sale and is being tipped to sell for over £30,000.

The Honda Z50A was used by Lennon towards the back end of the decade as a fun way of getting around his Tittenhurst Park estate in Surrey.

It is not known how long the legendary Beatle owned the bike for but he lived at the estate between 1969 to 1971, with pictures surviving of Lennon and his son Julian riding the bike at the house.
After leaving the star's ownership, the bike was sold to Henry Graham Hook, a Hampshire businessman before coming to it's current owner 47-years ago in 1971.
