(Circled stood) Annie Oakley. (Circled sat)Buffalo Bill with Nate Salsbury to his right. Behind them, along with cowboy Tom Webb is little Benny Irving, half Lakota and "the smallest cowboy in the world," and the camp matron, Ma Whitaker. Up to the left is the giant cowboy Dick Johnson with a big stogie in his mouth. Buffalo Bill's daughter Arta is seated at the left. About the same distance to the right is Sioux chief Red Shirt and at the top of the pyramid, standing above Johnny Baker, is Sgt. Bates with his Stars and Stripes.
A 130-year-old shotgun once wielded by famed Wild West gunslinger Annie Oakley has emerged for sale for £60,000.
Oakley was just 25 when she shot to fame as the top attraction in Buffalo Bill Cody's travelling Wild West show, drawing crowds with her incredible shooting skills.
The 1883 16-gauge Parker hammer shotgun is thought to be Oakley's first proper gun and came to be one of her favourites.
