A photographer has captured stunning pictures of adorable newborn babies by making them fall asleep and taking shots of their expressions as they dream. Karen Wiltshire, 46, has attracted hundreds of proud parents to her studio because of her knack to take the perfect picture of the sleeping tots. In order to create the best images, she ensures the babies have eaten before they arrive and then soothes them to sleep by swaying and gently stroking their eyes. Once they are fast asleep, Karen positions them for the images on comfy throws, lying on their parents' hands, and wrapped in blankets The mother-of-two from Poole, Dorset, has now become the first in the UK to be handed an award in Studio Children Photography by the Guild of Photographers (GoP).
