A modest beach hut with no running water or electricity is on the market for £100,000 due to its stunning views.

The green hut, built in 2015, has a prime 'front row' location at idyllic Friars Cliff Beach in Christchurch, Dorset.

It offers an interrupted vista of south coast beauty spot Hengistbury Head and the Isle of Wight.
The 9ft by 7ft cabin, which can not be slept in overnight, is located just over a mile from Mudeford spit, home to Britain's most expensive huts. There are toilets and other amenities nearby, and the new owner will pay a standard annual licence fee of £1,249.24.
The agents Spencers Coastal say the six-figure price tag is due to the hut's 'desirable location which offers a special opportunity' to the new owner.
