Technology obsessed people who are glued to their smartphones and tablets can now take them to bed, thanks to a new pillow which can charge any gadgets.<br />

The cushion can charge two gadgets at the same time which are connected by simply plugging the lead in via a USB port in the side.<br />

The Power Pillow could be a solution for those who like to watch films, check emails, or read eBooks while they are in bed even when their equipment is running low.<br />

The clever device comes with two batteries so that when one has ran out and needs to be plugged in, they can easily be swapped over.<br />

The Power Pillow was thought up by Geoff Martin, from Nova Scotia in Canada who was on the phone to his brother in bed when he had the idea.
