An exhibition on the acclaimed French-American artist Louise Bourgeois has opened in Dorset.<br />
<br />
Louise Bourgeois (1911-2010) is one of the most celebrated and influential figures in modern and contemporary art. <br />
<br />
The show brings together works from the last twenty years of her life alongside a number of earlier pieces from her remarkable seven-decade career. Best known best known for her sculptures and installation art, Bourgeois was also a prolific painter and printmaker. <br />
<br />
The exhibition at the Dorset Museum was made possible through 'Artist Rooms', which is a touring collection of international modern and contemporary art it runs until 25th June
