A vintage Lamborghini that used to belong to Sir Rod Stewart has emerged for sale at auction for £1.4m.<br />

The Miura P400 S, was purchased new by Stewart in 1971 and the Scottish sensation owned it for several years.<br />

A known collector of high-performance cars, the Maggie May singer has owned several Lamborghinis down the years and photographs remain of the P400 parked on the driveway of his lavish home in Southgate, north London.
