A unique Formula 1 car that is completely road legal has sold at auction for over £50,000.

The Annison F1-R was created by a team of race engineers at Lola Cars, who were curious about whether it would be possible to build an F1-style car that could be UK road registered.

Completed in 2009, only one was ever built, making it among the most unique vehicles money can buy.
