Dad of two Dave Gannon has launched the latest foodie trend after combining two of the nation's favourite foods - curry and pizza - to make 'currizza'. <br />
<br />
The entrepreneur struck upon the idea to put curry and cheese on top of a circular naan bread and cook it like a pizza while looking for a quick meal to feed staff at his own Indian restaurant.<br />

The ingenuous creation was an instant hit but it wasn't until 2010 that chef Dave began to think seriously about making a business out of it.
