The black 1996 'Fast Ford' Lux sparked a bidding war as it has the lowest known mileage on a car of its type.
The vehicle has never had its front number plate attached and has its original bumper.
It has resided in two private collections and been immaculately maintained, adding to its appeal with buyers.
This example, one of the last made, went under the hammer at Silverstone Auctions, of Ashorne, Warks.
