Using the SipaBoard.
Inventors are hoping to take the watersports market by storm after launching the world's first jet-propelled stand-up paddleboards that can go absolutely anywhere.

Unlike normal SUPs, these cutting edge boards come with a built-in electric jet propulsion engine that can push the rider along at up to 3.5 knots - more than 4mph.

The innovation, called SipaBoard, allows paddlers to take their boards upstream or against currents, or cover longer distances, with speeds controlled by a wireless remote built into the paddle.
A SipaBoard can be pre-ordered for $990 - around £670 - from today (Tues).
