A rare joystick from the Apollo 11 spacecraft which was used to get it to the moon has sold for an astronomical £280,000 ($350,000).
The grey contoured device helped control the command module Columbia's rotation in all three axes as it made its historic approach during the 1969 space mission.
All three astronauts on board, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins, are believed to have operated the 4.5ins tall controller.
