In 2015 Hut 78, was on the market for £200,000.
Britain's most expensive beach hut?
A luxury beach hut has gone on the market for £280,000 - despite having no running water, mains electricity or toilet.
The wooden cabin is on the exclusive Mudeford Spit in Christchurch, Dorset, which is home to the most expensive beach huts in the country.
The price tag on this one beats the previous highest at the same sandy spit, Hut 128 - a similar cabin which sold for £275,000 earlier this year.
The remote sandbank can only be accessed by foot, novelty land train or ferry but its isolated position is what gives it its exclusivity.
