A special art installation featuring 90 umbrellas has been erected in Salisbury to attract visitors as the beleaguered city attempts to recover after the devastating poisoning fall out.<br />

The multicoloured brollies have been hung 15ft above the High Street and will be in place until the autumn.<br />
<br />
They shelter 10 illuminated doves which send a message of 'hope and peace' in the aftermath of the deadly Novichok nerve agent attacks in March.
