A company is running an unusual scheme which encourages employees to fly into work rather than drive.

Gilo Industries are inviting workers to conduct their daily commute using back-mounted jet-packs, as a way of promoting a 'work-hard, play-hard lifestyle'

The firm, which makes the parajets, now have around 15 workers who regularly take the aerial route to work.
Based near Shaftesbury in Dorset, Gilo began the bizarre initiative in 2015 and now around 20 per cent of the workforce are involved.
